Neal S. Cohen
President

Neal founded CDC Properties over 20 years ago. Neal oversees all operations at CDC Properties. Neal has acted as a senior principal in over 25 acquisitions comprising retail, office, and industrial properties. Neal is an acknowledged expert in structuring complicated real estate transactions and undertaking redevelopment and re-tenanting projects. Neal also founded CoBe Capital in the early 1990s that purchases undervalued companies and invests in undervalued securities. Previous Neal worked for the Robert Olnick Corporation; a leading New York City-based Real Estate Developer. Neal earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. Neal sits on the Board of Directors of Stark Manufacturing, Bus Parts Warehouse, and Manhattan Management Corporation.

Jared Hakimian
Vice President

​

Jared Hakimian began his career working at HCG, sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate properties for purchase. Subsequently, he formed an investment firm that focuses on buying and managing retail and office properties across the country. Jared attended the University of Florida and Baruch College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He lives in Long Island, NY where he can be found playing tennis and golfing on weekends.
