Neal S. Cohen
President

Neal founded CDC Properties over 20 years ago. Neal oversees all operations at CDC Properties. Neal has acted as a senior principal in over 25 acquisitions comprising retail, office, and industrial properties. Neal is an acknowledged expert in structuring complicated real estate transactions and undertaking redevelopment and re-tenanting projects. Neal also founded CoBe Capital in the early 1990s that purchases undervalued companies and invests in undervalued securities. Previous Neal worked for the Robert Olnick Corporation; a leading New York City-based Real Estate Developer. Neal earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. Neal sits on the Board of Directors of Stark Manufacturing, Bus Parts Warehouse, and Manhattan Management Corporation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
